Community Nursing
At truelink community services, we provide the best nursing care. We have professional nurses who deliver skilled and culturally sensitive care to our client.
Our Community nursing care is structured to meet our clients clinical and personal needs. The care is provided in our client’s home by a qualified registered nurse, who will develop a care plan if needed and determine the frequency of nursing care that will be needed.
Truelink staff have adequate training in providing high risk care, including:
stoma/ bowel care
Wound Care
PEG and Nasogastric feeding
Administering subcutaneous injection
Urinary Catheter Care
Toileting and incontinence care
